This policy explains what personal data KickOff collects, why, and how it is handled.

KickOff is a free-to-play prediction game for Maldivian sport.

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo, which we use to create your account and show who you are on leaderboards.
As you use the app we store the predictions you make, the teams and tournaments you create, and basic usage needed to run the game and score your picks.
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the app: our authentication and database provider (Supabase) and, where relevant, our payment processor. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
We retain records of transactions (order number, amount, currency, date and payment reference) for as long as required to meet accounting, tax and card-scheme obligations and to resolve disputes and chargebacks.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@kickoff.mv. You can also sign out at any time, which ends your session on this device.
