Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains when and how KickOff issues refunds. It is available before you purchase.

Last updated 28 August 2026.

KickOff is currently free to play. Paid features are not yet live, so the card-payment and refund clauses are held back until they launch.

Free to play

Predicting on KickOff is free — there is nothing to refund for playing.
